MECHANICAL ENGINEER

We are seeking a Professional Engineer with 15+ years experience in the field of HVAC and central plant utilities (chilled water, steam, etc.).  Will be responsible for all phases of design (conceptual through final) and must have experience supporting construction.  Experience in the food industry would be a plus.  Must have good Client management skills.  Experience using Carrier's E20-11 design software and CAD skills would be helpful, but not a requirement.  Some travel (project and marketing) required.   

MECHANICAL CAD/DESIGNER

Primary responsibilities will include HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system design, duct and piping layout, equipment sizing, specification preparation and knowledge of MEP related standard codes and guidelines (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc) and Construction Code requirements.

Qualifications: 

• High School diploma w/Technical School or Associates Degree in Engineering Design related field (AutoCad, HVAC, or plumbing)
• 3-5 years experience within an MEP engineering consulting firm environment
• HVAC, plumbing and fire protection design experience
• Computer proficiency in: AutoCad 2009, 2010 or 2011, Microsoft Word & Excel
• Knowledge and familiarity with Construction Codes (Building, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection)
• REVIT experience preferred
• HVAC Load Calculations - Experience with Carrier HAP software preferred

PROJECT ARCHITECT 

We are seeking a Project Architect who specializes in food processing, cold storage and industrial building design.  5 to 10 years minimum production experience preferably in these building types and capable of producing complete construction documents while coordinating with in-house engineering staff.  AutoCAD and REVIT proficiency/experience a must.  Architectural degree required, however, licensing is preferred but not required.  Ability to travel.  

SENIOR PROCESS SPECIALIST/ENGINEER 

We are seeking a Senior Process Specialist/Engineer with 15+ years experience in the field of process engineering, specializing in the food industry.  Broad experience in dairy, meat/poultry, confectionary and baking preferred.  Will be responsible for all phases of design (conceptual through final) and must have experience supporting installation and start-up.  Must have good client management skills.  Travel (project related and marketing) required.   

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER 

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with approximately 15 years experience in electrical engineering of facilities, including power and lighting.  Must have experience in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating detailed phases of engineering work for assigned projects, and able to manage project workload on multiple projects with various schedules.  Will be directing others and working closely with the Project Manager and Client.  Some travel required.  

ELECTRICAL CAD/DESIGNER 

We are seeking an Electrical CAD/Designer with 5+ years experience in commercial/industrial projects including power, lighting, security systems, telecommunications and computer electrical design needs. Candidate should have a broad knowledge of general electrical design. PLC and process a plus, but not a need.  REVIT experience preferred.
