THERMAL C/M Overview

Thermal C/M Services is a wholly owned Construction Management subsidiary of WEBBER/SMITH. Like the parent firm, Thermal C/M provides their services exclusively for food industry clients. Construction Managers in the true sense, Thermal C/M contracts directly with Owners for a fixed fee, and replaces the need for a general contractor. Working on the Owner's behalf, Thermal C/M's fee is based upon project duration and complexity, not on overall construction cost. There is no mark-up of change orders, and all post competitive bid negotiated savings are realized by the Owner. Finally, by maintaining a full-time on-site construction manager during construction, there is a tremendous degree of emphasis placed upon schedule compliance and quality assurance
