Details

Project Redgate is a 315,000 sq. ft spec building designed to be occupied by two tenants. This design/build project incorporated clearstory daylighting, at-grade access ramps and ESFR sprinklers in the Baltimore area.

Tile-concrete, fast-tracked spec building for Baltimore developer.
Electrical distribution system set up for two tenant occupancy.
Booster fire pump to support the ESFT fire suppression system.
Conventional structural steel with weight-bearing tilt concrete.
Some finished dock doors and some docks left unfinished for tenant improvements.
