WEBBER/SMITH Welcomes Phil Lapp

We are pleased to announce that Phil Lapp has joined our team as Director of Marketing & Business Development, effective May 31, 2022. Phil, a Lancaster native,  received his B.S. Business degree from Eastern University and has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in food manufacturing, automation, and general industry.  Prior to joining WEBBER/SMITH, Phil worked for food manufacturers including Auntie Anne’s (CPG division) and Hanover Foods, and packaging and processing automation integrators K2 Kinetics in York, PA and ONExia in Exton, PA. Phil’s primary responsibilities at WEBBER/SMITH are to develop marketing plans and initiatives that enhance and increase WEBBER/SMITH brand awareness throughout the industries we serve and bring new business opportunities to the company.  In his spare time, Phil enjoys participating in fitness activities, playing golf, attending Penn State Football games, and traveling with his wife Annamarie and their 3 teenage daughters Morgan, Kaitlyn, and Mackenzie.
