Your building houses your process, your raw materials and finished goods and, your associates. All of these assets need to effortlessly interact with each other to ensure food safety. Our focus on your interests and your project starts with interactive meetings with you, your plant associates, and other stake-holders to systematically determine and prioritize spatial building design requirements. We are adept at creative problem-solving studies to determine multiple design alternatives that complement your business plan, objectives, and goals.
The creation of a “shopping list” of building components, materials, and construction methods helps to realize your building program. We are proactive in the application of leading-edge materials and methods of construction; satisfying hygienic, food-safe requirements for both regulatory agencies and your peace of mind.
Low Temperature Design
Because most of our designs include low temperature design aspects, we have a focused commitment to utilizing highly effective methods and materials helping to maintain cold storage and cold processing spaces that often require washdown and sanitation periods.
Although we typically incorporate sustainable products and processes in our food-safe designs, there are clients who want to obtain LEED Certification (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) for their buildings. We have LEED accredited professionals on staff that can lead you through the LEED certification process.
Feasibility & Master Planning Studies
We know you have plans to expand your company, and we understand that there are many obstacles that need to be understood. We provide creative problem-solving to determine multiple design alternatives that compliment your business plans, objectives, and goals. Once a course of direction is established, we can provide a Master Plan to help you get there.
