WEBBER/SMITH collects personal information that you provide to us when you:

How WEBBER/SMITH Protects Personal Information
WEBBER/SMITH follows generally accepted standards to protect personal information and information submitted by our clients, both during transmission and once we receive it. Specifically, WEBBER/SMITH stores personal information on our secure (password, Firewall-protected, and encrypted) servers. All personal data entered on our systems, shall be protected by encryption technology during transfer. Despite these precautions and processes, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Site, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take commercially reasonable precautions to protect its security on our systems.
IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Application that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
