Jim relies on 34 years of experience to direct the activities of various team members, including in-house engineers, designers, BIM/CAD support staff, and any required specialty consultants. He often works directly with clients to plan the integration of new or expanding process and packaging lines into existing manufacturing plants. Jim oversees the design of new or expanding facilities and as Vice President of Engineering, is responsible for building and engineering design, construction documents, and oversight of all design activities. He is well-versed in all areas of mechanical system design and project administration, along with experience in HVAC, industrial ventilation, mechanical central plant utilities (chilled water, steam, compressed air, etc.) plumbing, and fire protection systems for food, process, pharmaceutical, and microelectronics operations. The depth of his experience from concept through startup gives him a solid base for coordinating large multi-discipline projects. Jim has a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
