THE CHALLENGE

This project consists of renovations to the existing Hain Celestial facility located in Mountville PA. These include both a cooler and loading/trash docks, and an expansion to the office. The office renovation will include a break room as well as locker/restroom expansion, and corridor extension to the process space. Sitework will consist of cutting and patching of paved areas to make stormwater, and wastewater connections to existing systems, and as defined after the land development phase starts with our next criteria design proposal. Internal renovations include relocation of process equipment from Moonachie, NJ to the Mountville facility, and the associated process design to accommodate these new process lines, support equipment, and infrastructure.
