Baltimore-area dry storage building converted to a refrigerated, perishable distribution center.

  • Split-system refrigeration was chosen by the owner for its flexibility of future changes.

  • Conveyor openings between different temperature spaces were fitted with air curtains to minimize infiltration.

  • Large refrigerated spaces allowed for some racked area and some open area for orders to be processed.
