Learn the basics of modern refrigeration systems directly from our design team. The WEBBER/SMITH Group is offering workshops on the Industrial Refrigeration Process and Regulations for operators, decision makers, or personnel involved in refrigeration and the PSM/RMP regulations.

WEBBER/SMITH has over 40 years of experience with the design of refrigeration systems, floor warming systems, control systems and extensive experience with control systems design associated with central ammonia systems.
Many aspects of process safety require practitioners to think creatively about issues and to critically evaluate their own judgments and those of others. The WEBBER/SMITH team is experienced and knowledgeable with OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) and the EPA’s Risk Management Program (RMP) and has conducted numerous refrigeration and PSM/RMP seminars.
Refrigeration systems containing 10,000 lbs. or more of Ammonia fall under both OSHA’s 29 CFR 1910.119 PSM and US EPA RMP Regulations which require Process Safety Management (PSM) of Highly Hazardous Chemicals and Risk Management Plans.
